Your safety is of paramount importance to us, which is why we are strictly following guidelines and reviewing our protocols regularly. We are frequently liaising with our delivery partners and courier company to ensure that all deliveries arrive as safely and as promptly as possible. Invariably there may be delays with your order, however our customer service team will be happy to keep you updated and provide any information upon request.

Kindly note that due to the current demands on the postal service, it can take in the region of 3-5 days for your tracking information to be updated.

Whilst we are confident you will love all your purchases, if you wish to return any product then you can do so inline with our free 60 day returns policy. Full details of which can be found on our site.

As per the ongoing advices, all our technical staff are working from home remotely. Should you wish to contact our friendly customer service team you can continue to do so via email or phone, and they will respond to you as promptly as possible. Please be aware that during times of heightened communication you may experience a delay in response.

Our worldwide fulfilment centres are also working inline with the 2-metre distance policy. This is being stringently achieved by reducing on-shift staff numbers, staggering breaks, and work times. We have also increased hygiene practices within our warehouse and deployment areas to ensure that your order is arranged and packed in a hyper-sanitary environment. This includes our staff wearing mandatory PPE equipment and taking extra breaks to hand wash, clean down high-touchpoint areas and sanitize stations.

Our couriers and distribution personnel are providing contactless delivery in accordance with social distancing rules, and further information about their practises is available from the couriers own website.
