       You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you  have filled in all the required fields correctly.

        Yes, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. Ultamodan is a PCI compliant store. All data transmitted on our store is SSL-encrypted. 

      • How long will my order take to arrive?

        Please allow 14 - 30 days for your order to arrive.

      • How will I receive my refund?

        Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

      • When will I receive my refund?

        Once the return has been approved and the item returned, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

        Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank or building society processing times.

      • What is the deadline for returns? 

        Not entirely satisfied? No problem! You can return your item to us within 30 days. Please contact us about returning any items.

        Yes, what you see is what you get! All of our photos accurately depict items and show any defaults, if there are any.

      • How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

        Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact us.

      • Can I track my order?

        Yes, you will receive tracking information after you have placed your order.

      • Can I remove items from my order?

      • Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping cart as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet. Just click on the - icon until the item is removed from your cart.

      • Can I cancel my order?

        Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. To do this, go to the "my orders" section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you and click cancel.

      • What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

        In the rare event of receiving an item that does not meet your expectations please contact us.

      • What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

        If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact us.

      • Can I send an order as a gift?

        Absolutely! Just enter details, such as a personalised message or gift wrapping in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER" box. We will contact you if we cannot accommodate your request.
