14 Day Returns
You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Please check sizing guides carefully as we cannot refund for incorrect sizes.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Ultamodan. We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Ultamodan is not responsible for returns that are not received.
- Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
Completing a return
Please email us for further advice on returns.
Ultamodan does not currently offer exchanges, however, we can issue a credit note for your returned item with our 30 day Returns Policy as above. If you would like an alternative style or size, you can then easily use your credit note to make a new purchase.
- Credit notes are issued, and refunds are initiated within 4 business days of Ultamodan receiving your return.
- You will receive a credit note emailed to you for the value of the returned garment/s (minus shipping)
- Credit notes are final and cannot be redeemed for a refund once requested or initiated. Credit notes are issued with a 6-month expiry from the date of issue.
Once Ultamodan receives your return:
- Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery to Ultamodan.
- Refunds and credit notes are processed within 4 business days of your return being received.
- If you paid via card, funds take 7-14 business days to securely process.
- If you paid via PayPal you will receive an email from PayPal outlining your PayPal account amendment.
- If you paid via Amazon Pay you will receive an email from Amazon Pay outlining your Amazon Pay account amendment.
- You will receive a courtesy email update and SMS from Ultamodan as soon as your refund or credit note has been initiated.
